  • Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be canceled.

  • Late Cancellations: If you attempt to cancel after the 15-minute window, we may not be able to process the cancellation. Please understand that we prepare each order fresh, and late cancellations may lead to wastage.

Refund Policy

    • You received the wrong item(s) that you did not order.
    • The food delivered was significantly different from the description.
    • The food was delivered in a compromised condition (e.g., cold or damaged).
  • Refund Process: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Delivery Claims

  • Delivery Issues: If your order was not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund or re-deliver the order.
